  • DAY 1: How to Successfully Transition into a FullyRaw Vegan Lifestyle.      What does it mean to be FullyRaw in an unhealthy world? What are the FullyRaw basics, and how does this lifestyle 
  •   DAY 2: How to Overcome the Challenges You’ll Face Going FullyRaw Vegan. In this video you will learn the main pitfalls you will may encounter, how to best address these issues, and even overcome your worst fears... Not eating enough, Detox, Time management, Support, & Money.
  •  DAY 3: Addictions, Cravings, Detox, & Getting Over “The Hump”.  On this day you will learn what it feels like to have health freedom! You will learn specific tools that will help you to nourish your body and stop punishing yourself with self-sabotaging habits.                         
  •   DAY 4: Family & Social Pressures Going FullyRaw. Helpful tools you can use to influence your social circles and also gain strength and confidence in what you are doing.
  •  DAY 5: How to build a healthy exercise routine (physical) and improved emotional (mental) balance on a raw food’s lifestyle. On this day you will learn how to increase your athletic performance and improve your physique. What does it mean to listen to your body? We will also discuss what it means to have deep emotional cleansing and healing in this lifestyle as well.
  •  DAY 6: How to achieve a deeper level of self-love.
 On this day you will learn all of the aspects of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I will discuss why gratitude is so important, and I will share visualizations and meditations you can do daily on your journey.
  •  DAY 7: How to make a raw food’s lifestyle work for you long-term. Day sevens lesson will include all of my knowledge and wisdom I have learned over a decade of eating FullyRaw, and how I have been able to do this successfully. I will provide tips and tricks you can use to better plan ahead and achieve long-term results on this lifestyle. Forget diets, your health freedom is here.
  •  DAY 8: BONUS VIDEO - How to start fresh and keep moving forward with your health goals post challenge. In this lesson you will receive tips on how to avoid binges and setbacks. We will also discuss the importance of planning ahead and why it works. Even if you choose not to be FullyRaw or vegan long-term, I will share how you can still commit to one FullyRaw vegan meal a day for the best long-term results.

    My name is Andrea. I am 49 years old and I would describe myself as 100% vegetarian (since ‘07), 95% vegan, and 50% raw vegan. I strive to become 100% raw vegan because I believe the more I eat raw vegan meals, the more my health will improve. Since Alzheimer’s runs in my family, my personal goal is to break the cycle with diet and lifestyle. My biggest challenge is dining with others who are not vegetarian or vegan especially while attending workplace meetings, after hours events, or dining with family members. Kristina has shared plenty of tools, tips and delicious recipes which have really helped me navigate dining with others and increase the amount of fully raw meals I eat daily.
      
    I have followed Kristina for several years on social media, participated in several of her challenges and joined her in Bali for her first ever Fully Raw retreat. I have to say Kristina is a genuine down to earth person who has a passion for helping others.
